Mandarin at Murch
Murch Elementary is continuing its after school Mandarin Chinese language program starting September 19, 2011.
Teachers Yin Deng and Wei Wei, trained teachers of Chinese as a Second Language, will lead three levels grouped by grades (K-1st, 2nd-3rd, 4th-5th). Students can take 45-minute classes once or twice a week. Additional classes for more advanced students may also be possible and will be coordinated through the teachers and Betsy Henderson (202-651-1283). Classes meet in Room 202.
Tuition and fees for classes until Winter Break are: $240 for once-a-week and $350 for twice-a-week. Make-up classes for Monday holidays will be arranged with participants.
